به گزارش مرکز ارتباطات و اطلاع‌رسانی معاونت علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان ریاست جمهوری، ستاد توسعه علوم و فناوری های شناختی با هدف استفاده بهینه و اثربخش علمی ار نخبگان وظیفه در حوزه های علوم و فناوری های شناختی، مطابق با آیین نامه مرکز نخبگان و استعداد های برتر نیروهای مسلح اقدام به جذب و بکارگیری سربازان نخبه واجد شرایط جهت انجام خدمت سربازی در قالب طرح تحقیقاتی جایگزین خدمت کرده است.
